Okay. I caught this show on MTV last weekend and TiVoed it. It’s got to be one of the oddest shows I’ve ever seen. It’s like Tom Green… only without one central personality and often without a point. Some sketches from the first show I saw:
- Johnny Knoxville stands in a porta-potty which is turned upside-down and emptied into a dumpster.
- Two guys shoot another guy with a stun gun, pepper spray, and a taser (this was actually blacked out for TV!)
- A guy tries to skateboard down a nearly vertical slope and lands on his head.
- Shopping cart races: two people sit inside a cart while a third pushes as fast as he can into a curb, and the two inside go flying.
I don’t get it, but it’s strangely appealing. -pm
